1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all EdenWave E-Gift Cards (โGift Cardsโ) purchased or received through edenwave.gg.
By purchasing or using an E-Gift Card (referred to as a โGift Cardโ in this document), you agree to these terms.
2. Issuer
Gift Cards are issued by EDENWAVE LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16211377), registered office: 71โ75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
3. Validity Period
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue or activation (the date the purchase is completed).
After expiry, any remaining balance will be void and cannot be used or refunded.
4. Amounts & Usage
Gift Cards can be purchased in preset amounts (ยฃ10, ยฃ25, ยฃ50, ยฃ100) or in a custom value between ยฃ10 and ยฃ200.
Gift Cards may be used to purchase any product available on edenwave.gg, including applicable shipping fees.
They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another person.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards or any other items expressly excluded by EdenWave.
The remaining balance will stay available for future purchases until the card expires or the balance reaches zero.
5. Delivery
E-Gift Cards are delivered by email to the recipientโs email address provided at checkout.
If the recipient does not receive the Gift Card within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting info@edenwave.gg for a re-send request.
EdenWave is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete email address.
6. Refunds & Returns
Gift Cards are non-refundable once issued.
If a product purchased using a Gift Card is returned, any refund will be issued as store credit or as a replacement Gift Card.
Any store credit or replacement Gift Card issued as a result of a return will carry the same validity period as the original Gift Card unless otherwise stated.
Please note that E-Gift Cards are not subject to the 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, as delivery occurs immediately upon purchase.
7. Lost or Stolen Cards
EdenWave is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards. Please keep your card code secure.
8. Fraud Prevention
EdenWave reserves the right to cancel or suspend Gift Cards where there is evidence of fraud, misuse, or other suspicious activity.
9. VAT and Legal Compliance
EdenWave Ltd is not VAT-registered, and therefore VAT is not charged on the sale or redemption of Gift Cards.
Should the company register for VAT in the future, appropriate adjustments will be made in line with HMRC VAT Notice 700/7.
10. Updates
EdenWave reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and shall take effect immediately upon posting.
