Yes — we offer international delivery worldwide through our Mail Order service. All international orders are handled via email. We ship under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms — this means EdenWave covers shipping costs up to your destination, but any customs duties, local taxes, or clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at info@edenwave.gg with your order number and reason for return.
We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Please use a tracked shipping service and ensure items are securely packaged.
We do not accept returns for the following:
