Domestic Shipping (UK)
- All orders are shipped from our London base.
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment is received.
- Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail or DPD.
- Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

- Spend £65 or more → Your Tracked Standard Delivery (£4.99) becomes completely free.
No coupon codes are required — discounts apply automatically at checkout.
Please note: Momo’s Magic applies automatically based on your order total — no matter which delivery method you choose.
If you select DPD Standard Delivery (£9.50), the same discount will still be applied, and the remaining balance will be shown at checkout.
Delivery times are not affected by discounts.

International Shipping
EdenWave offers international shipping worldwide through our Mail Order service.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. Some destinations may have restrictions on certain products due to local customs regulations. If you’re unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Process
All international orders are processed through our Mail Order service.
You are welcome to email us in your preferred language.
To place an international order, please visit our Mail Order page or send an email directly to info@edenwave.gg.
Please include the following details in your email:
- Your full name and delivery address
- Phone number (required for shipping label)
- The items you wish to order (product names or links)
- Quantity for each item
We will calculate the shipping cost based on your destination and the total parcel weight, and reply with a quotation showing the full amount (product total + shipping cost).
If you agree with the quote, we will email you a secure payment link.
Payments can be made by credit/debit card or PayPal.
Once payment has been received and confirmed, your order will be prepared and dispatched.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once your parcel has been sent.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination.
Carriers and Insurance
EdenWave ships international orders using DPD Air Classic / Express, Parcelforce Worldwide, and DHL Express.
All shipments include insurance coverage against loss or damage during transit, up to £100 as standard.
If your order value exceeds £100, additional insurance can be arranged upon request at the time of quotation.
All orders are carefully packed and handed over to trusted carriers. Once dispatched and tracking details are provided, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier. We’re happy to assist with insurance claims where possible.
If your parcel arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please report it to EdenWave within 14 days from the expected delivery date. Claims reported after this period cannot be accepted, as the couriers will not process compensation beyond this deadline. Customers cannot submit claims directly to the courier; all claims must be handled through EdenWave as the sender.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
All international shipments are handled under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
This means EdenWave covers all transportation costs up to delivery at the destination address.
Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, customs clearance fees, or local taxes (including VAT or Sales Tax) charged by their local authorities.
Failure to pay these fees may result in delivery delays or return of the parcel. In such cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items We Cannot Ship Internationally
- Due to customs restrictions, we are unable to ship food products or other items requiring special import permits to destinations outside the UK.
- If you are unsure whether an item can be shipped internationally, please email us before placing your order.
Delivery Times
- UK orders: Most parcels arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail or DPD, but delivery may occasionally take longer during busy periods or due to local postal delays.
- International orders: Delivery times vary by destination and are confirmed individually when you receive your shipping quote.
Most parcels arrive within 5–14 business days, but occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or local postal services.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@edenwave.gg with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier.
Lost / Delayed / Returned Parcels
We take great care in preparing and dispatching every order. Once your parcel has been handed over to our trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, or DHL, it is covered by their tracking and insurance systems.
If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@edenwave.gg. We will liaise directly with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. If the courier confirms that the parcel is lost, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund, according to your preference.
If your parcel is returned to us because of unpaid customs fees, incorrect delivery address, or refusal to accept delivery, a refund will be issued for the item cost only, once the parcel has been safely received back at EdenWave. Please note that original shipping and return charges are non-refundable.
In cases where the parcel cannot be returned to us (for example, if it is destroyed or abandoned by customs), we are unable to provide a refund. We will always notify you if this happens and provide the courier’s documentation for transparency.
