Our online checkout delivers within the UK only. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, you’re in the right place. Just email us and we’ll handle everything personally — product selection, shipping quote, and secure payment link.
Please note: We’re currently unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland due to regulatory requirements. We ship happily to most other countries — just get in touch and we’ll take care of the rest.

How it works

Send us an email. A short “Hi, I’d like to use your Private Shopping Service” is more than enough.
2. Tell us what’s on your mind.
Already know what you want? Just send us a screenshot. Otherwise, tell us a bit about what you’re looking for — your pet’s quirks, your budget, anything helps. We’re here to listen.
3. Receive your personal summary.
We’ll reply with a curated list of suggested items, the total cost, and shipping options. If it looks good, we’ll confirm your delivery details.
4. Secure payment.
We’ll send a secure payment link. Your order is confirmed only after payment, so there’s no pressure to decide immediately.
5. Packed and posted with care.
International orders are shipped with care on a case-by-case basis.
