Just write to us — in any language, at your own pace — and we’ll help you choose, ask questions, or simply think things through together.
International orders are also warmly welcomed here.
How Mail Order works
1. Start with a simple hello.
Send us an email. A short “Hi, I’d like to start a Mail Order” is more than enough.
2. Tell us what’s on your mind.
What are you looking for? Does your pet have any quirks? What’s your budget? Share as much or as little as you like. We’re here to listen.
3. Receive your personal summary.
We’ll reply with a clear list of suggested items, the total cost, and shipping options. If it looks good, we’ll confirm your delivery details (name, address, phone number).
4. Secure payment.
We’ll send a secure payment link. Your order is confirmed only after payment, so there’s no pressure to decide immediately.
5. Packed and posted.
We’ll carefully pack and ship your order. UK parcels travel via Royal Mail or DPD. International orders are handled gently on a case-by-case basis.
