1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the EdenWave website, our Mail Order service, and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
2. Definitions

- “You”, “Your” refers to the customer purchasing from us.
- “Products” refers to the goods available for purchase on our website or via Mail Order.
3. Orders
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract between you and us will be formed once we confirm your order via email.
Mail Orders: A contract is formed only when you complete the payment via the secure payment link provided. Until payment is made, no contract exists, and you may modify or cancel your request at any time.
4. Payment
We accept payment through the methods listed on our Checkout page. For Mail Orders, we provide a secure payment link via email. Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.
5. VAT Information
EdenWave Ltd is not currently VAT registered in the United Kingdom.
As such, VAT is not charged on any of our sales or displayed on our invoices.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within the UK. International orders are accepted exclusively through our Mail Order service.
For Mail Order and international requests, shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis and will be confirmed in your email summary before payment.

Shipping Responsibility and Damaged Parcels
All orders are carefully packed and handed over to trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, or DHL.
Our responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier once it has been dispatched and tracking details are provided.
If your parcel arrives damaged or delayed in transit, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
We’re happy to assist with insurance claims where possible. However, please note that the courier remains primarily responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
7. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with UK consumer law. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Mail Order Cancellations
For Mail Orders, you are free to change or cancel your request at any time before payment is completed. Once payment is made, standard cancellation rights apply.
International Returns and Refunds
Once shipped, international orders are considered final and cannot be returned due to customs restrictions and international handling costs.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not misuse our website or use our products for any unlawful purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, resale without permission, fraudulent activity, and intellectual property infringement.
